The Little Prince!

Hi! I have not seen you for a long time.

Today.I am read “The little Prince”.
This is book of KGU liburary.

I read this book when I was a child.
But, I forgot its content most.

So I want to read again!
I read it from chapter1 to 3.
Yet,on the way, so I want to write its plot.

There is a man. He is navigator.
He met little,strange boy in the desert.

The boy asked him. Please drow sheep!
He draw it. And They understood each other.

Through the boy,he remember gradually important thing he forgot…
That is all!

I continue to read more.
I want to enjoy reading!!!

Obama,Faced With Two Wars,,

Hi!

It is difficult for me to understand this article.
I knew it alittle through watching TV news.

I think this news is good for America.
But most Americans did not think like me.

Why?

I will try to know more it.

Summer job for teens no.2

Today I listened to this article twice.
I understood it alomst.

But I had the words I did not know.

mature:to become fully grown or developed
I believe it enables teens to mature into productive adults.

reap:to get something, especially something good, as a result of what you have done
they reap a wealth of benefits that remain with them for a lifetime.

Some Japanese student have a part time job.
And when I was a jinior high school student I did carrer experience.

Like this, Japanese student also have many experience about work.

But,I also knew that it is difficult to work and earn money after I began to work
part time job.

When students, studying is working. But If they will have chance about work,
they will have good experience and notice grateful for their parents.

New start☆

Afer long time, I write my blog.

I did't read this article all..So I write many words I did't know.

youngsters are confined to school club activities

・astray
・be left astray/何をすべきかわからないままほっておかれる
they are left astray

・innocent/someone who does not have much experience of the bad things in life

・strain/to try very hard to do something using all your strength or ability(efort)
His mother tries to buy him anything he asks for, even if it means straining her purse.

・spoil/to have a bad effect on something so that it is no longer attractive, enjoyable, useful etc [= ruin]
・admit/to agree unwillingly that something is true or that someone else is right
I've spoiled him," she admitted

The Three Little Pigs

・Presently came along a wolf, and knocked at the door



huffandpuff/to breathe out in a noisy way, especially when you do something that involves a lot of physical effort:

・Then I’ll huff, and I’ll puff



furze/ a wild bush with sharp stems and bright yellow flowers

・The second little pig met a man with a bundle of furze



turnips/ a large round pale yellow vegetable that grows under the ground, or the plant that produces it

・I know where there is a nice field of turnips

I read this story when I was a child.

Sadie's Broken Heart 3!!

graces: the skills needed to behave in a way that is considered polite and socially acceptable

*there’s nothing so annoying as a swan who’s got airs and graces


worm:みみず

tempting:something that is tempting seems very good and you would like to have it or do it

*there was a fat tempting worm on it


* He’s certainly not been seen or heard of since she got angry with him

this sentense, I did't understand.Please tell me!

swoon: to be extremely excited and unable to control yourself because you admire someone so much

*On hearing these words, Sadie almost swooned with excitement


bully: to threaten to hurt someone or frighten them, especially someone smaller or weaker
*He bullied small princelings


disconsolate:extremely( to a very great degree)sad and hopeless
*Sadie was disconsolate

this story is a little difficult for me. Because this story have many words I did't khnow.

Sadie's Broken heart part2

toddle:if a small child toddles, it walks with short, unsteady steps

*Princess Poppy began to toddle along the edge of the pond



weed:雑草

*she did slip on the weed



tadpole: a small creature that has a long tail, lives in water, and grows into a frog or toad

*The first creatures to find the crown were the tadpoles



rascal:1 a child who behaves badly but whom you still like

*you’re the dirty rascal



carp:鯉

mutter:to speak in a low voice, especially because you are annoyed about something, or you do not want people to hear you

*Colin the carp muttered



glide:to move smoothly and quietly, as if without effort

* She glided over to the pier, and placed herself where he could not fail to notice her



compliment:a remark that shows you admire someone or something

*Sadie fluttered her feathers with pleasure at the compliment



be rumoured:if something is rumoured to be true, people are saying secretly or unofficially that it may be true [↪ alleged]

It’s even rumoured that she converted that snotty Prince Bertie into a slug or a toad.
